From your admin dashboard, you fill in:
- About Your Daycare — Describe your philosophy, your approach, what makes your space special.
- Meet the Owner — Your name, title, credentials, years of experience, and a personal bio. Parents want to know who’s caring for their kids.
- Photos — Upload up to 10 images of your facility, play areas, activities, and outdoor spaces. These display in a clean gallery layout with lightbox viewing.
- Logo — Upload your daycare’s logo for instant brand recognition at the top of your page.
Amenities That Matter
Toggle on the amenities you offer from a curated list: Play-Based Learning, Outdoor Play, Daily Reports, Art & Music, Small Group Sizes, Flexible Hours, Meals Provided, Secure Facility, Transportation, Special Needs Support, and more.
Each amenity comes with a default description that you can customize. “Outdoor Play” might default to “Daily outdoor activities weather permitting” — but you can change it to “Two outdoor play sessions daily in our fenced backyard with climbing structure and sandbox.”
Parents see these as a clean checklist with green checkmarks. It answers their questions before they have to ask.
Pricing & Hours — No Surprises
Add your pricing (e.g., “$700 – $725 / month”) with a description like “Full-time care (5 days/week).” Add your operating hours (“7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday–Friday”). Parents appreciate transparency, and transparent daycares fill spots faster.
Google Reviews — One-Click Sync
If your daycare has a Google Business Profile, Wee Queue can pull in your Google reviews automatically. Hit Sync from Google in your admin dashboard and your reviews appear on your landing page — star ratings, author names, dates, and all.
Don’t love one of your Google reviews? Hide individual reviews with a single click. They stay in your admin for reference, but parents won’t see them on your public page. Show them again anytime.
Manual Reviews & Testimonials
Got a glowing text from a parent? A Facebook recommendation? A handwritten note? Add it as a manual review — author name, star rating, date, and the review text. These display alongside your Google reviews seamlessly. Parents can’t tell the difference; they just see a daycare with happy families.
Trust Signals (Callouts)
Add callouts that appear next to your waitlist form — small but powerful trust signals like:
