- What counts as a 'spot opening'?
- A spot opening credit is used when you mark a spot as 'open' and the system begins contacting eligible families. Managing your waitlist, viewing your dashboard, and re-offers after a decline don't count—only the initial outreach for a new opening.
- Can I try it before I buy?
- Yes! Fill Your Seats includes a 30-day free trial before your card is charged. On the waitlist plans, your first spot opening is free, so you won't pay until it's actually working for you.
- What happens if a family doesn't respond?
- Every offer has a 48-hour window. We send a reminder before it expires. If they don't respond, the offer automatically expires and goes to the next family. You don't have to chase anyone—it just keeps moving.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and the difference is prorated. Downgrade at the end of your billing period.
- Do unused spot credits roll over?
