- A spot opening credit is used when you mark a spot as 'open' and the system begins contacting eligible families. Managing your waitlist, viewing your dashboard, and re-offers after a decline don't count—only the initial outreach for a new opening.
- Can I try it before I buy?
- Yes! There are no waitlist fees until you fill your first spot. The Get Found setup fee still applies, but you won't pay for waitlist management until it's actually working for you.
- What happens if a family doesn't respond?
- Every offer has a 48-hour window. We send a reminder before it expires. If they don't respond, the offer automatically expires and goes to the next family. You don't have to chase anyone—it just keeps moving.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and the difference is prorated. Downgrade at the end of your billing period.
- Do unused spot credits roll over?
- No, spot credits reset each year on your billing anniversary. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected turnover.
- What if I already have a website?
